Q1. What is the payment Terms ?
A1 : T/T ,30% initial payment when order ,70% balance payment before shipment ;Irrevocable LC at sight .
Q2. What is your trade terms?
A2 : FOB, CFR and CIF all acceptable.
Q3.When is the delivery time?
A3: If the machine you will order is standard machine, we can ready the machine within 15days. if some special machines will be some longer. The ship time is about 30 days to Europe, America. If you are from Australia, or Asia, it will be shorter. You can place order according to delivery time and ship time.we will give you the answer accordingly.
Q4. What is your trade terms?
A4 : FOB, CFR,CIF or others terms are all acceptable.

Q6.What kind of packaging?
A6: We use plywood boxes to ensure the packaging quality durable, fully protect the safety of the cabinet, the appearance of bright and clean, smooth and beautiful, durable, low cost, heavy load, fear of the sun and rain without moths and so on.
Q7: what is your warranty for the machine?
A7: The warranty for the machine is 12 month. Warranty claim for parts that are replaced free of charge in the warranty term owning to failure or damage will be honored. However, artificial damage or damage due to force majeure is not covered under warranty.
